PLAYER REGISTRATION

Player Registration for 2008 Season is Sunday, April 20th from Noon to 3 PM at Independence Middle School (IMS) Gym.

Age Groups (as of 8/1/08):
Termite - 6/7, Tiny Mite - 8/9, Mighty Mite - 10/11 & Big Mac -12/13
 
What do I need to sign-up?
     • Registration Fee $100
     • Duty check $100 – (Refundable)
     • Copy of Birth Certificate
What equipment does BPJF provide?
     • Practice  and Game pants, pads, and jersey
     • Shoulder pads
What equipment will I still need?
     • Helmet
     • Mouth guard
     • Spikes

COACHING

Coaching Positions Available for 2008 Season

BPJF is accepting applications for head and assistant coaches.  All interested parties must complete an application (see Forms tab on website) and send completed application to:

Head Coaches Requirements:

Coaches Application submitted by 4/27/08
Interviews will be scheduled beginning 5/4/08

Head Coaching candidates must bring to their interview a copy of their
Criminal History Clearance (this is received online immediately) & a copy
of their completed Child Abuse History Clearance (Form CY-113) with money
order verification.

Assistant Coaches Requirements:

Coaches Application submitted prior to BPJF Combine on 6/8/08.
BPFJ must receive a copy of both Criminal History Clearance and Child Abuse History Clearance prior to first practice on 7/28/08.  For information on the clearances, see above.


Note For All Coaches:
Beginning with the 2008 season, all coaches must have NYSCA Volunteer Coach Training Certification.  For more information on the required NYSCA Volunteer Coach Training Certification, go to:

If you have NYSCA certification or have had a Criminal History or Child Abuse History Clearance in the past, copies of your certification or clearance can be provided to BPJF to meet your requirements.
